blood water drank from a river wide electronic fruit clawed from a wire flashes of instinct shine on the copper tide |
Childish Acts of LifeThere's a big black gaping hole insidewhere you belong nothing in my surroundings makes my
heart
a voice ringing, tingling in my ears
what lies behind pretty eyes,
the air is crisp - reminiscent
screaming bloody murder
an empty space

Technical Tigerfeel like a technical tigeron the telephone, gently i growl at you preparing for our next encounter blood water drank from a river wide
late at night and out of sight

On The Brink
There are days filled to the brim With dead ends Unforseen events That change routine into pure chaos Just a wrong turn, just miscalculated Disaster or delay Such a thin line Careless moves and wrecked nerves I wonder why I sometimes cry A blur, reality on the brink, bizarre Too many "if only I had's" At the end of the day But... Aside from the practical lessons learned What about the big picture A stain on my peachy reality? A reminder of our mortality? An incentive to stay away from technology?? April 1996 |
